Love a slice of smoked salmon with a twist of black pepper on top....pop it next to scrambled eggs, a handful of watercress and some seeded bread toast with a swipe of butter......amazing breakfast. |

A nice breaded cod or a piece of lemon and herb monkfish are usually my go to at the fish counter, you cant beat a good steak though |

As someone else said "sushi" is the rice element NOT the raw fish - there are sushi dishes that have very rare beef for example, or vegetables etc
I personally love it and all the other elements of Japanese cuisine not all of which is raw anyway

Fair enough but that’s different to sushi, since there’s so many different types. I used to hate beer because I only tried bitter but I tried lagers and German ones and I ended up liking it |
