I like the whole day but I especially look foward to my coffee breaks and the one I have at around 2pm, it is me time and whilst I have it I relax and I either study spanish or german with 2 buiscuits

Didsbury

Tea time, I enjoy cooking and it relaxes me after the working day. I always sit at the dinning table to eat, just me by myself with the candles lit.

My daughters bedtime routine

She has a bottle and then 9 time’s out of 10 she crashes out for cuddles whilst she falls asleep

Most of the day she’s not interested in cuddles and wants to be off doing her own thing, so it’s nice to have a quiet moment.

My favourite part of the day is when my daughter goes to sleep she's amazing and I love spending time with her but it's hard work, especially at the moment.

As soon as we have done her bedtime routine it's time for me and whatever I want to do! I can use the toilet in peace, eat what I want without her eating half of it, watch whatever I want, go on my phone without having to jump off every two minutes, clean up and not have it messy 2 minutes later, focus on just me and my partner, not have someone shouting mama mama mama every 5 minutes it's bloody lovely!

London

When I close the laptop at 3pm and head out for a bike ride, walk, run...whatever takes my fancy. I just love being able to get out in the sunshine.

Worthing

Depends on weather. Morning if sunny, evening if raining.

First thing in the morning, animals all fed. If sunny, sat in the garden with my first brew of the day watching my dogs play in the garden

Walking the dog In the beautiful sunshine (at the moment).

kids bedtime, that sudden peace and quiet.

Also, that moment after I've finished my workout, the feeling of smug knackered-ness
