No lie..I get either hyperactive or drained at full moon...always have done. Used to have to put blackout curtains up but obviously didn t work because its not the light that affects us. My friend worked in secure lock up dementia wing and she said the patients changed at a full moon..in fact a few nurses I ve known say similar about patients in mental health wards. I am a lunartic!! |

Yes, I've heard the same from nurses. Maternity wards apparently are also busier around a full moon. |

" having previously done about 6 yrs worth of night shifts in dementia care, I can confirm it makes for some interesting shifts. |
