Most wrong with a park. We have a giant Alice in Wonderland chair in ours. "
We have a broken See-Saw |

"Where is yours?
On sunny days like these my happy place is on top of the West Pennine moors - just me, my naughty patterdale and the views that go for miles and miles. Beautiful "
But I do know the exact scenery you mean . My Dad was from Macc so spent many days there |

I built a log cabin in my garden. I spend more time in it than in the house. It’s purposefully out of WiFi range.
With the doors open and my dogs snoozing in the sunbeams I’m a happy content man.
When I finish work I’m going to sit on its porch with a bottle of fizz and a book. |

I'm not from Macc but a bit further north near that Bolton. |

"The gym.
Surrounded by books, researching.
The stereo blasting and singing like no one is listening.
The beach"
Music and books can transport you to a happy place for sure!
Ah I miss living by the beach x |

A meadow. Under a shade of a tree. Birds chirping. Gentle wind breeze. No people nearby, just nature sounds. Or in a middle of the lake.. laying down on my back.. floating. Or in the little boat..being comforted by water swaying me.. I miss that... |

Astbury Mere. There's a slightly worn bench underneath a beautiful old tree. At this time of year you have the odd but floral combination of wild garlic and honeysuckle in the air, the chirping of the birds above your head as you sit and watch the lake below you. It's calming and idyllic, a chance to switch off and be present in that moment. |

"Meditation on the beach is mine and I snuck off there today for some focus and re centering thinking and breathing exercises "
I wish I could meditate. I went to a mediation seminar thing once. Even with expert help I couldn't Sounds like bliss. |

Oh. Bushwalking. The way gum leaves and other detritus crunch under your shoes. Lyrebirds, cicadas, kookaburras. When it's rained recently, the gentle burbling of a creek against the rustling of the trees. Goannas sunning themselves. The crooked upward trajectory of the gum trees with their distinctive scent. Occasional bottlebrush, waratah, wattle.
You don't have to go far away from the city for it to be like you're the only person in the world. |

Top of the list at the moment is the daily walk with my family
Playing music and singing, particularly with the band
Listening to music especially my son’s - he is quite a talented music producer
Sunbathing naked on the beach, in a naturist area and at the moment, particularly, in my back garden
I’ve discovered a new found love of working on the garden during lockdown. It is great exercise and gives me a great sense of achievement as well as the process being enjoyable.
Watching a good film. |

I would say it has to be near water, sound of the waves or a river or even just the scene created by standing water, I live near a lot of marshland that brings its own calming atmosphere. Or proper ancient woodland. |

Back home on the island. There’s a really amazing spot on the beach that’s pretty quiet. I love listening to the sounds of the water, and the smell of the sea air, and feeling the sun on my skin it was my first love |

The Yorkshire Wolds at this time of year when everything is all green and lush.
Also want to go back to Dubrovnik to sit on that mountain overlooking the old town and adriatic, it's one of the most beautiful places I've been. |

Very lucky living on the coast. Ten minute walk & I'm at the beach (naturist). 15 minute cycle in on the Common. 10 minute drive I'm at the woods I've access to. All can be an escape & tranquil.

There are a few places in the garden where it was possible but created a new one last year that is a sun trap all day and secluded . I’ve spent quite a bit of time there during lockdown as it is shelters from the breeze too. Bloody love it. |

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe |
I've got a walled Victorian courtyard, which is a sun trap, and through the gate is a large garden that goes down to the riverbank. I can sit out there for hours.
Went for a walk after lunch along bridlepaths, around a wood, ending up on the outskirts of the next village before walking back home along the riverbank. That was 3.3 miles and took me 1:20m.
I don't need to go anywhere else! |

I'm missing the pitch bitches. My new hockey stick hasn't had an outing yet."
Seems so strange not rushing around to go training and Saturday has become just another day.
Oh well... at least we have our health |
