Sally and I have been self isolating in our separate houses for eight weeks. We have used the time in between working from home to get fitter. Sally has been averaging 12k power walking (using country pathways) daily exercise, early mornings and 45 minutes aerobic exercise. She is already slim yet has shed 7lbs. She's firmed up and looks even better.
I've been power walking too, 2 km twice a day. I've been using weights daily and eating much cleaner. I am very focused on my job and getting more done.
We are really missing one another, talk on phone frequently every day. We have fun planning holidays and things we want to do to enjoy life as a couple and look forward to the time when we can safely entertaining new found friends.
