I was stuck in my head earlier so I went for a run.
It really helps. Not the endorphins, the thought of having to do this if I get the sads again. It’s incentive to think more positively |

Not had a decent sleep for 6months due to frozen shoulder apparently it’s in the frozen stage so pain should ease soon hopefully...Back on plan with my slimming world so no comfort food for me ..On the plus side my lovely husband is going to run me a hot bubble bath and I’m going to FaceTime my granddaughter who never fails to put a smile on my face... |

Late to the party as usual 
I'm not hormonal, well I am, but I slap a couple of squirts of special ormone gel in between my thighs before bed, so that keeps me SANE..
Sorry was that too much info then?
Anyhoo... I'm off work this week.
Baked a cake and fiddle arsed around, like one does.
And all was well, until I thought, I'll have a nice shower, get out my potions and lotions and have a pamper session... started looking for my "Lush" (other suppliers are available) facial scrub, my favourite I might add...
Bloody gone!, been used by, and this makes it even more frustrating...
One if not both of my son's ffs!

Parent guilt is the worst. But that in itself to me says you are good enough. If you can question yourself. But then dont beat up yourself too. You are the pillar of the family. You need to care for your strong fundaments too. X"
