Hi all

So with the lockdown, I am thinking I want to try and learn a little bit of spanish.

Can anyone recommend an app or website, that is free to use, where I can casually learn some spanish. I don't want to be fluent, just able to get along.

Thanks.

No help at all but I am sure I saw a free app exactly for this to teach foreign languages

Duolingo or Memrise. There are probably others for Spanish, listening resources on YouTube or similar.

Just got on to the duolingo website, and it's testing me straight away on the girl/the woman / drinks milk etc. Does it go onto conversations etc?!

Most of this stuff you'll find you get basic vocab before conversations or sentences. Stick with it a little while.
