Thinking of starting my diet tomoz in the past. I've done both slimming world and weight watchers. which diet doesnt have to be one of them works best for you any tips .as soon as I think diet I just wanna eat the chocolate Haha |

I've gone through periods of calorie counting, but at the same time was also powerlifting so in terms of weight I stayed the same. Definitely worked though as I was toned.
Can't wait to get back in the gym! |

"I've got both pinch of nom books, they're pretty good, there's a slow cooker kebab recipe in one of them that is amazing.
Did u get the hardcover or the kindle version ?"
Hardcover, I got them buy one get one free in Tesco a couple of months ago. |

Well I do eat chocolate cakes and omg don’t get me started on crisps arggggg so what i Do that works for me is intermittent fasting ...so I start eating at 12....chocolate obvs lol but I stop eating at 7/8 pm....that way you’re fasting .....but you can’t have anything in that time apart from water...or black coffeee no sugar. You can also pick your eating window so it can be longer hours to burn more fat |

Yes I eat what I want. It works for me as I cannot diet so this is great |

I kinda mix and match.
When I'm focused to actually drop lbs and have succeeded I tend to do these things :
Weigh myself and take measurements at the start. Sometimes our victories aren't on the scales.
I use my fitness pal app and log everything I eat and drink.
I don't skip meals so I usually have a food prep day to make that easier at work.
I drink lots of water. Avoid alcohol or fizzy drinks. I also try to have a green tea twice a day.
I eat lots of slimming world speed foods
I use some punch of nom recipes for dinners
I limit my carbs and sugar as best I can
I try not to deny myself a treat (chocolate /cakes are my downfall) if I deny myself too much I end up binging which just ruins all my efforts.
I didn't go to slimming world meetings as I found it pretty depressing so I would log my weight each week with a friend who was also doing the same. We kept each other sane.
However, as you can see I'm not slim! I'm not great at following my own advice!

I tried both in the past but to shed that bit of weight that wouldn’t go keto worked well for me! It’s hard to get started but we’ll worth it! |

I do a group on Facebook, costs me a fiver a month. Chap who runs it takes your stats, asks you to commit to a certain amount of steps (during your normal day) & gives you a calorie goal. You can get complex and do macro counting or you can do the relaxed way & eat what you want, as long as its in your calorie allowance you can eat it. No drastic weight loss, unless you maybe have a bit more to lose, but also no deprivation, just good eating. Happy to share name in a private message but I won't advertise it. Support from the group & the guy are amazing.
Never experienced anything like it at any group I've been to before
