I suppose I should clarify what I mean 
Dicks are only concerned with themselves, getting what they want no matter what it takes.
Non-dicks can have the same aspirations of getting what they want but not at the expense of others. |

No, you're pointing out nothing is black and white. I'm sure there are scenarios where it cannot be helped that someone has fallen by the wayside but the intent hasn't been there. Such as getting a job or promotion others wanting. |
