Wish me luck I'm about to attempt making one for the first time ever, any tips for making one? Lemon and lime one by the way.

I think you need cheese and biscuits. Thats the extent of my cooking knowledge.

I love making cheesecakes, i just followed the recipe at first but alter it slightly now depending on ingredients. Good luck

I've done 3 this week. You cant go wrong mate, I've done a crunchie, caramac and a Bueno one this week! So tasty!

That’s where unbaked cheesecakes are a winner!! So much easier to make too!!

I am the delivery boy! There are two options available. One with cheesecake only, other cheesecake and I!

I'd just like to say it's looking good just not quite sure how long it's going to set fully it still looks a tiny bit wobbly

Leave it another hour then. Missed giving the tip until too late but main tip for a lemon or any citrus is not to use too much juice be cause it thins and curdles. Plenty of finely grated rind is great for flavour.

Whip double cream to stiff peaks.

Dont use low fat cream cheese.

Ginger biscuits make a great twist to the base x

I only used just over half of the citrus it said to use and used a lot of zest so that sounds good!

I'm going to leave it overnight and then hope for the best tomorrow! X

I only used just over half of the citrus it said to use and used a lot of zest so that sounds good!

I'm going to leave it overnight and then hope for the best tomorrow! X"

Yeah, leave overnight if you can resist the urge!
