Leave it another hour then. Missed giving the tip until too late but main tip for a lemon or any citrus is not to use too much juice be cause it thins and curdles. Plenty of finely grated rind is great for flavour.
Whip double cream to stiff peaks.
Dont use low fat cream cheese.
Ginger biscuits make a great twist to the base x |

I only used just over half of the citrus it said to use and used a lot of zest so that sounds good!
I'm going to leave it overnight and then hope for the best tomorrow! X |

I only used just over half of the citrus it said to use and used a lot of zest so that sounds good!
