Brisk 30 minute walk home.

Have a lie in so no calories yet.
Eat entire contents of fridge through grazing but taking it upstairs to bed each time so run downstairs and walk carefully up, 20 times! |

I'd get a fireman's pole from your bedroom to the fridge...... Pole dance at the bottom each time you graze and ...... bingo ...... skinny you. |

I ran 8k yesterday, 6k the day before so I'm having a lazy day. Although.. I'll do some yoga and pull ups and a walk, mow the lawn etc etc etc. Can't be still for too long.

30 minute brisk walk is more than I've done for the past three days. Now my period is finishing I'm going to be starting again on Monday - aiming for 5k and then some yoga later. Right now it's kind of stop start but I'm trying. |

Love this. I'm still in bed - unheard off in the last twenty years.
