I'm full of happiness, I've spent the last few hours watching a very dear friend be amazing and make me laugh a lot. I'm in a fair bit of pain but I've taken painkillers now so waiting for them to kick in. How are you doing? |

Me too. The last couple of nights have been shocking. Between a 3yo making a multitude of excuses why she has to get up and work worries in my head, sleep has been in short supply! I feel (and possibly look) like a deflated balloon  |

I ended up in majors in A&E. I had it on my chest. They thought I was having a heart attack.
Supposed to be nearly as painful as childbirth lol. |

I found stretching exercises helped me sleep previously or just keeping very physically busy during the day. Workout didn't help? Just needing some winding down time perhaps? X |
