I guess it's been around six weeks for me. I haven't got much hair myself but even I am starting to look like a cross between coco the clown grizzly Adams.
So today I bought a beard shaver in Tesco and I'm going to give myself a zero head shave and a number two on the beard. |

This morning, number 1 all over for me, it’s thinning drastically so no point trying to style what’s not there anymore. Saves me getting “helmet hair”
An no that’s not a euphemism!!! |

My last trip to the hairdryer was Sept_mber 2018 when I had my hair dyed purple. Fast forward to now and it was very straggly, grown out, greeny/blue colour with over 6 inches of brown at the roots. Pre lockdown I’d been talking about getting a major chop done and having it dyed to something similar to my natural colour.
Yesterday I chopped 8+ inches off it using the ponytail method which I found on you tube. Today I did the dye. I’m really happy with the results |

I have mine cut just twice a year!
Love my long hair.
Would be usually getting it cut around July time but I think I may leave little longer to see how covid19 behaves .
Makes me feel nervous about using a salon for the foreseeable |

Last time I had mine cut was late February, it's starting to resemble the emo haircut I had in 2006 now. It actually suits me longer anyway but it will all have to come off when training starts back up with the reserves! |

"Shave my head every other day, and me nether regions once a week
Seen some dodgy bowl haircuts lately "
My head is way beyond being able to have a bowl cut, I have long gotten over the grief of losing my lovely locks |

Last summer or so
I'm starting to notice that my layers are wrong for my current hair length. But it's not the end of the world. My hair is in good condition and has grown a lot. Gives me a lot of flexibility when the hairdresser is possible again. |

I was being served by a young guy in Asda as I was buying hair dye.
Conversation turned to hair cuts and he said he'd just had his cut and they'd charged him 30 quid. It wasn't even a good hair cut. I don't think the hairdressers shop was meant to be open! |

I had it today. I cut my own hair, it is very easy to do and I cut it every 3 days. I have a high and tight. I shave the sides and have nr7 on top with a cool fade on the sides, to do the transition, use nr1, 2 and 3 on the clipper, it is easy to maintain |

"It's a nice treat having a hot towel shave in the barbers.
After they open I won't be going to one for a long time though. "
Could you recreate some of the experience with a face towel under hot water or similar? |
