I watched a prog on dodgy surgeons in Hollywood a few years ago in which a guy went for penis enlargement and it was cut open and had something done to it (can't remember exactly what it was) but his penis was held together with staples after the procedure that then came apart and basically his cock ended up a gooey mess in his hand (not the usual gooey mess you understand).
