And to keep it clean? I am. I clean my place everyday and to keep it top notch cos you never know who might come over for a visit. I am single so dont need a partner for that |

I would say my house is clean, but not army style sparkling.
All "public" areas are kept presentable and clean but my bedroom may have a "clothes chair"
You know the one lol |

I mean it’s not spotless but it’s definitely not a tinks house, If I spent all day at home it would be cleaner for sure but there’s something about coming home from a 12 hour shift and cleaning the house that doesn’t appeal to me |

I am but my partner is a messy bugger and so it's not as tidy as I'd ideally like but that's just part and parcel of living with someone. I don't fancy being his mother and picking up after him every day. Before I lived with him I could clean the whole place and it would stay clean and tidy for a few days. The tidy part lasts a few hours with him around . He does most of the cooking and takes the bins out so I can't complain too much. |

Generally yes. Always presentable, but during lockdown it is becoming like boot camp for cleaning to pass some time. Hope it won't be an obsession when life get's back to some sort of 'normality' yikes! |

Clean up as I go along (used dishes/cups/glasses in washing up bowl after use. Clean up after meal preparation. Washing up done before bed. Big cleaner out most weekends. I like to wake up/come home to a tidy place. |

Always keep it tidy. Mess and stuff lying about annoys me.
Keep it clean but it's not sparkling as got a busy social life as well as a full time job. So it's a balance. Always a big clean every weekend though housework etc. |

I have one room in my house that is a complete disaster, completely full of broken crap that I keep pretending to myself I will one day fix, if Bin Laden had hidden in there he would still be alive today. I do clean the rest of my house though how it gets so fucking dirty I'll never know, I am suspecting the fucker of a dog does it when I am not looking. |

My home is very much lived in by a family and is clean enough. I'd rather live my life doing what I want to do rather than spend it cleaning and tidying up. |

I specifically got a chair for my clothes, have never actually sat in it |

My home is comfortable, which includes it being appropriately clean but I don't obsess over cleaning. It's not style over substance, it's substance with style. I don't dust everyday, though am doing more frequent cleaning now I'm in lockdown |

This! And it's not like anyone is coming to visit at the moment anyway! |

During lockdown it's been clean and tidy but usually as I'm away during the week it only gets done once a week when I get home, and if I'm out all weekend it might not even get done.....
But I'm not home to make a mess so it's ok
