Way too early...this last week have averaged 3 hours sleep a night even though am working my ass off, though listening to dawn chorus is a wonderful bonus, no longer funny..anyone else struggling?  |

Yeah expect so. I'm fading earlier each night..not sleeping just empty headed...it sucks..especially since my work needs absolute focus...I figure I ll end up hitting the wall then hitting the sack....I ll sleep so long I ll put bleddy snow white to shame |

Was deep asleep until the cat barged the door open at 05.30 making me jump up wide awake thinking wtf and now backs killing me...anyone want a bloody cat...!!!! |

Love it , always up when it’s light , June is my favourite time of year. Just been for a walk out the back in the fields, did some qigong breathing and stretching, a few tough decisions to make shortly so need to get focussed. |
