Continue here, who is joining me on the fitness at home challenge? With only few days of the month left how is it going for evereyone? It is going fine for me and I do 25 x 6 devided up during different times of the day |

60 crunches a day every day. Did 10 reps of that last saturday for a challenge.
Day 8 of 30 day to 50 press ups.

I'm getting addicted to doing press ups, must do about 300-400 a day, just done 160 in half an hour after reading this thread, can do 25 no problem, 30 at a push, can't seem to break that barrier though!.
Sit ups I can't do, always end up with back pain, must be doing it wrong.. |

This is why I do 150 squats and lunges instead of push ups, my arms can't take the boob weight attempting push ups |
