What would you like to learn?
Baking? Gardening? A new language? A craft?
I'd like to start learning to speak Italian, and learn to crochet.
What about you?
(And if anyone knows of free online Italian lessons that doesn't involve BJs as payment, I would be grateful!) |

"I am currently going through the process of planning and implementing a new garden, from scratch
A certain learning process"
Wow! What do you want in your garden? The RHS offers lots of advice |

It’ll take longer than lockdown but I’d like to do A-Level Maths, as odd as that sounds.
I should learn other things, but they’re just tedious and boring. |

"The Dualingo app is great for learning new languages, OP
I've restarted learning BSL, and have been upping my baking game."
You have been busy..I suppose it must be difficult to lipread with a mouthful of cake, so BSL much better! |

So far we have done the hard landscaping ... now I want to get a varied planting scheme of practical fruit trees and vegetable areas, with a planned but random cottage garden feel in other areas |

I'm already fluent in ten languages, have learnt Judo and started a small business from my garden shed. And that was last weekend. |

I’ve always liked Physics and Maths plays a massive part in that at advanced levels.
Maths would also be useful for a couple of potential future career paths. |

No, plenty of places you can get A-Level stuff online for very little or even free. Takes more effort to find and piece together and I’m not bothered about a piece of paper at the end of it; it’s the knowledge/capability I’m after. |

I've started doing random drive-by cake deliveries in my village...a cake surprise to brighten their day, and less calories for me to eat myself! Win win |

Continuing my drawing, determined to draw a fave that actually looks like the person
Learning the violin, poor neighbours
Plus that my lad is as sarcastic in some of his school work answers as I was j
Just reading his history paper on witch craft, he wrote about dunking “if you drowned you were innocent, if you survived you were a witch so killed you anyway - bit dumb weren’t they ‘ooops sorry you were innocent, sorry about killing you’ “
Or English literature, that great question - why do you think the author wrote what he did on...... “because it’s his book and he can write what he likes” |

" An f chord on my guitar that doesnt feel like I'm breaking my wrist!"
Try just using your index finger on first fret on E and B strings, middle finger second fret on G string and wedding ring finger on third fret on the D string. Just play those four strings. |

Hubby dug his ukulele out and started playing again. And he's teach me the basics of car maintainence... So far in lockdown I've welded, made brake pipes and did oil and filter and changed gearbox oil!! (that stuff stinks) |

I’m learning to enjoy working in the garden, discovering I can do DIY with a bit of patience, planning and the will to do it, and developing new ideas for my business in a post COVID world.
Most of all I just enjoying being, helping out where I can, hearing people’s stories and how they are doing during this incredible moment.
I am going to write a few things too based on what I’ve noticed. |
