Do i get this damn bra off ?
I cant move me right arm do to muscle spasm and its locked...
Bloody painful too.
SOooooo how to remove clothing without pain ???
Specially me bra as it so needs to come off and let things flow free again  |

ITS me good strong one ...
Holds them up and pushes them out.
But keeps them in check at the same time.
Done it now...phewwwww took 5 mins to slip it down me arm
