I am the same definitely thinner, running more and walking often around the garden and house feel really good for it.. |

Only one meal a day gets cooked here. The rest is self-service/graze throughout the day. I have athletic teenagers, so they get some healthy snacks but also chocolate and we bake. 
Husband and I are trying to run at least 5k most days. |

I worked 5/6 days a week I ate healthy etc my girls sorted themselves out.... I find now I’m not working I’m comfort eating. I’m baking a lot more cakes. Biscuits etc aswell as walking 5-7 miles a day trying to occupy myself and stop from getting bored
