"Sympathy. I’m rubbish at it. Giving and receiving.
That’s not true!!! X"
Aw thanks. I’m understanding and always there for people and friends I’m just crap at knowing what to say in certain situations. I suppose I’m ok in some situations. I’m definitely no good at receiving sympathy though. I hate it. Probably why I don’t talk much about things lol x |

"Office politics. That's why I work for myself."
I know what you mean. It's hard to escape it wherever you work. Need to be politically astute to survive. Not easy. |

"Maths.
Just wasn’t for me.
Even the world thought so when I opted to return to education this year and everything shut down just to COVID-19.
I think for the sake of mankind I will not return. "

"Sympathy. I’m rubbish at it. Giving and receiving. "
100% this. When I try to be sympathetic it comes off as sarcasm, no matter how heartfelt it is.
If someone gives me sympathy I tend to get all whiny, I'm better with a bracing "buck up" type of conversation. |
