So! Lived la vida lockdown a little too hard yesterday and have been here approximately 37 and a half minutes and no sign of breakfast...

Used to be my favourite, crunch them all up in a bowl then add hot milk!  I think Weetaflakes came out and ruined it for me

If I go for a run: espresso & banana. 2 soft boiled eggs after my run/workout.
If I dont go for a run: my overnight oats with blueberries, homemade granola & espresso.

There is fat in eggs around 5g per egg and the shake will fill me up for longer |

I haven't eaten breakfast since I've been in lockdown. I just slept through it until lunch time.
My first meal of the day today was fish, potatoes, peas and onion sauce.
But usually its a ping job. |
