Dancing! I do belly dance and chair burlesque.
Particularly with the belly I can get lost in the music and be in my own world. I allow my body to just move to the music, I adore it.
The chair burlesque, it’s what I call kinky s**t and I love it but it requires more concentration because the chair can be dangerous with certain technique....
