Are there any places or experiences that nearly happened in your life but due to unforseen circumstances got away from you? Angel Falls, Venezuela. Had all the jabs, got all prepped to go but it was cancelled at last minute due to high tension situation in the country..gutted. it was to have been the closest to my heart experience..living for a time with the local indigenous people, learning their ways...alas it was not to be..the one that got away  |

Several places and experiences.
I was supposed to go on the tall ship T.S. Royalist, due to getting injured I spent teo weeks in hospital.
I had everything booked to go to my first TT, only to end up having an operation, then 3 weeks of radiotherapy. |

Oh wow...I know you missed your chance on the tall ship but the TV may still be an option for the future..though it's constantly being hammered for its safety but that's people that prefer the comfort of low risk..my opinion that is.  |
