But where did you park? Were there any '10 items of less' bays available?

well when i was in the supermarkets 10 items or less this morning... there was a person in front of me who had 11 items in her basket... why do people do this, why are they so selfish and just how very DARE they have 11 items in a 10 item only queue????

i lost 12.5 seconds out of my life just because this selfish person disregarded all the signs

well, i went straight to customer services and complained about the selfishness and pure disregard of this persons actions and pointed out how much of peoples valuable time are lost each day because of this.

AND, those queues are always closer to the P&T parking spaces!

Perfect. Keeps jobs and ensures you get a decent service. I'll try it next time.

Think about it.. they have express tills so you don't get pissed off waiting for some mother and her five bawling kids to check out her three trolleys full of crisps and then force you to walk across the car park with a flimsy carrier bag that will probably split by the time you reach your car, yet the mother and her brood have a nice trolley to get them ten feet from the front door to her car.

It would make sense to have express parking bays so that those from the express tills can get out of the car park a lot quicker too.

I dont have a problem with selfservice checkouts at all. At least i dont have to look at the sad disgusted face of the checkout assistant when i buy just a box of tissues and a hannah montana dvd...

As Jo pointed out, there is a flaw in the self scan service. Believe re-scans are 1 in 10, which is why we are also going down the self service till road.

Just seen on the news that they are trialing a new male voice on the self service in Tesco as people found the female voice too abrupt x
