Really?? Where do you even find someone to teach that and, er, how do they teach you...is it practical lessons?  "
Yes really. We googled it haha. We learnt in the persons home. And it's practical and theoretical. Not seedy. Very safe. You don't touch person sexually, it's not like you go there to get your kicks, it's all about learning and then you get homework exercises to do. Not all of it is about sex either, lots of breath work and communication techniques. |

It is a pleasure beyond sexual pleasure but also has sexual potency..we ve enjoyed and what I would say is that we all have particular erogenous zones but imagine if the whole body..every last inch..even the normally numb parts sexually...all of it..your entirety is charged..it is something else   |

Like what's got me hooked was I have been developing mindfulness in general, breathing techniques and experiencing the here and now...then moving that into a physical connection with someone i deeply care about has led me to thinking about tantric. My partner is on board and I sometimes struggle with feeling pleasure due to a million thoughts in my head....I just want to 'feel' what is happening there and then...whether it be a simple, gentle stroking up and down the curve of my spine or more of a touch around the personal areas. I want to switch off from life but not from the moment. |

Tried to message but can't so I ll briefly say the hardest part for most is channelling your thought into being in a peaceful place with no other outside disturbance etc maybe aromas drifting around the room, maybe a hint of music, something that makes you feel peaceful..music is different for everyone. We sit facing each other and close..we get deeper by focusing on the touch..we have an understanding of touch being dancers and we use that, it's all about the touch and actually feeling and sensing every touch..change the touch..fingertip light..gentle strokes..it's about being with that person in that moment and if you manage, the chances are you never got close to penetrative sex as that breaks the minds focus on solely touch. |
