My favourite is
Scallops with cauliflower purée, black pudding and bacon crisp
Venison loin with venison shepherd pie, red cabbage and parsnip purée

Wow... theres so many levels to this. Love the soup, Love a beef Wellington, however I'm not keen on Pear (don't like the gritty texture of Pears) and I'm so intrigued by "Fried Chocolate Pasta" do tell more |

It balloons up - all crispy. It's got to be tasted to be believed
I could always swap out the pears for apricots, and serve with amaretto crunch mascarpone... Or just a good old creme brulee |
