My favourite is

Scallops with cauliflower purée, black pudding and bacon crisp

Venison loin with venison shepherd pie, red cabbage and parsnip purée

Chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream

I am pretty good at a roast dinner... Apparently I'm not bad at steak kebabs and flatbread... And chicken curry, aswell

Wow... theres so many levels to this. Love the soup, Love a beef Wellington, however I'm not keen on Pear (don't like the gritty texture of Pears) and I'm so intrigued by "Fried Chocolate Pasta" do tell more

It balloons up - all crispy. It's got to be tasted to be believed

I could always swap out the pears for apricots, and serve with amaretto crunch mascarpone... Or just a good old creme brulee

This sounds amazing. I have never had deep fried chocolate pasta!
