I haven't, but do you know the 20-20-20 method?
Every twenty minutes look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
Eye drops also help if you have drier eyes as a consequence. |

Some clothes online this morning, lol he knows I’m terrible for shopping so asked me have I been being good. Had to admit to “kind of” but as I promised, I haven’t bought any more shoes, so it’s ok, right? It’s a running joke about me and shoes, not just with him, I suspect people think I have an addiction  I don’t! I haven’t bought any since the Lockdown! Viv xx |
