My hormones are not helping my mental health at the moment.

But it should pass.

Lovely post OP

I’ve had my wobbles, but I work through my own things. I have a thought I keep close, that allows me to just go with the flow of what is passing my door

I live alone, so it's pretty much awful most the time.

I could be doing much better.

Called my doc today after putting it off for ages. Got signed off work and gone back on my meds until I can get back into talking therapy.

Thanks for this post, OP.

Sending love and strength as always to those that need it

Nice post ...I struggled a little at the start but thankfully I have my lovely husband to help me through and some people are not so lucky .So I have to remember that when I’m wallowing in self pity ...

Don’t feel alone or let things get wise remember we’re all in this together and there are people who care so just pick up the phone and talk I’ve lost people close due to them feeling alone just talk and keep talking no one is really alone xx

I'm okay for the most part. I'm completely alone - actually this evening was the first time I went out for five days - but most of the time I'm overcoming my mental health by staying in the moment. I have occasional wobbles though. Just caught myself having a really clear innocent memory of someone that I'm particularly close to (sexy close) who I work with and that's just shook me a bit. Not seen each other for five weeks now.
