I train 3 days a week and about 3hrs in total 1hr each time, less is more and also training is just 20% of the equation as it is down to the nutrition which is 80%. I also train at home, you can still eat pizza, did you know it is not about macros all that matters is if you reach your over all calorie limit depening whether you are bulking, maintaing or what I call it maingaining or cutting. I enjoy pizzas too but of course not everyday. I follow flexible dieting "

My opinion
For most flexible controlled diet works for most to get lean
My experience to go below 8 ,7 percent diet flexibility somewhat diminishes x |

Great advice pal. Its definitely something I wanted to do. I did lose like 3 stone because I started feeling overweight but now I'm a slim Jim again I would want to put the effort in to tone now |

I had to do something I had a wagon drivers belly so I started the jogging and then on with the rest but eventually it will all come together pal. |
