I'm actually at a place where he can drink and it doesn't bother me (to be fair he did 17months sober in support of me and he's been working all day on the car, his back hurts and he does have cancer so he kinda deserves a tipple of a night) |

Abstaining tonight for the first time in a month, this constant nightly beer drinking and not being able to go the gym has I discovered as I tried to fasten my work trousers started to leave me with a bit more padding round the middle than I like.
Sure my liver will thank me too  |
