It's their preference to set filters at whatever age they want. I also have found a lot of older guys lie about their age I've met 2 for coffee that definitely had one claimed to be in his late 40s was more likely to have been late 50s. Another claimed to be 51 and was over 10 years older. |

Assuming 30k active members, looking for age range 50+ is 20% (Guess) so 6000
Of that 6000 only 20% are looking for single guys (guess) leaving 1200
Then you need to be fairly local for the majority so that discounts 95% leaving 60.
That's before you factor personal preference, BBC, Dom/Sub, bareback/safe, club meet only, Bull, TV, Bi, Bi-curious.
It's a bloody tough pot, all guess work but imagine that before preference the math suggests a 0.19999% chance on Fab.
Just get to a club, odds improve massively. Really hope you are one of the fortunate ones though (And I mean that)  |

Have thought about clubs but as fairly new to this having tried other sites , I'm developing an image complex not just a female thing and I love a BBW |

Have changed it and removed and added different photos but no luck ,looks like it's a visit to a club once we get back to normal and I pluck up the courage lol |

Try to remember that this isn't personal, directly about you. Individuals are entitled to preferences and often use filters to aid that search.
It may seem unfair, but they are not singling you out as an individual. Even if you do contact and it's no, why would you want to fuck someone that isnt interested in you? |

Same applies with women, 57 on profile turns out to be 65 on meeting. Not a isolated case I hasten to add. |

We get at least 60% if not more of our views from 50+ couples. It's my preference not to meet anyone over 40ish and I stand by that. I don't find older people attractive. As time passes maybe that will change.

The only thing I find annoying is when you are 1 or maybe 2 years short or over the age range like those 2 years will make all the difference. I don't care about age limits for.myself people can be sexy at most ages  |

With good fortune, most of us will make that age and don't assume sex stops then. They likely will have different preferences from when younger. No one is going to be having sex with people who they are not attracted to. Preferences support consensual activity and prevent others wasting their time and efforts communicating with others who are not compatible - it's nothing to do with them thinking that you are celibate.
Focus on the possibilities, not on what you can't gain. |

Some people too lazy to change the default settings 18 - 99 when they create their profiles,
There are a number of females on here who do want sex with old men, in some cases the older the better, I am on a promise from a 40 yr old when the troubles are over.
As a point of interest the oldest male on here is 97 so I have a long way to go to better that being a mere 80 yr old. |

Definitely try clubs when they reopen.
Having visited many I've yet to see anyone wearing an age badge or see any initial conversation include the words "so how old are you?".
That'll negate the age issue. The rest is up to you.

I've met at least 4 ladies that have upped their age filters after meeting me...not that I'm anything special, and they now consider a more mature (intelligent fun and entertaining...) guy ...
As someone said get to a club or a social and age really has little bearing ...within reason.. |

I think it depends on the personal situation , everyone's is different , not all ladies want to fuck a mature guy if they can get it from younger guys or guys around their same age ,but there are the odd exceptions where the mature guy is in good shape in HER eyes and he has the personality to go with it that she also likes , so she will be interested ..BUT the case is also there for the mature ladies ..the exact same applies ..of course as people age the reality of not finding themselves attractive to others can play on their mind and maybe hurt their confidence but as l said at the start it all depends on the personal situation...but never forget it was and always will be way easier for ladies to have sex whatever age they are ,they carry the equipment to make it so ,some ladies may disagree with that comment but it's what l think anyway...they will never have to worry or be concerned about getting and sustaining an erection to be able to sexually satisfy a lady like guys do when they reach a certain age and all different factors enter the mix. |

I've met swingers in clubs of all ages so believe me I know sex doesn't stop after 50 or 55. However OP, you are older than my parents I'm afraid and while I don't think that means your sex life should stop by any stretch of the imagination, it's just uncomfortable for me personally to get involved. |
