I changed my bedtime routine after I was getting terrible sleep after separating late 2018. Stopped having coffee after 3pm, not tea after 6pn, ate before 8Pm, no phones/devices after 9pn and I always read before bed. If I do all of that, i usually get a solid 5-6 hours |

I was having a fair few zombie based dreams, after I'd stopped working, a few weeks ago. Luckily they have stopped but just getting weird ones I can't remember now... I don't like the anxious feeling they leave me with as I wake up tho  |

Took my bike down the shop and it got nicked by three year olds
Walking back after the argument I came across my neighbour who had a problem with dead bodies in her Garden
She asked me for help but I silently stood watching her while munching on the sweets I bought thinking "that's unfortunate, and glad they weren't in my garden" |

I had a very random dream that left me really sad.
Multiple friends and family, all congregated in my (dead) grans house. All taking turns holding my pet snake. He started to burrow into the sofa cushions, got pulled out before getting lost and pulled him in half. Wtf |

If you could play Kate Bush and Aerosmith and maybe The Cure and also some AC/DC and some proper power ballads I am there! Not demanding in the slightest.
I think I miss the freedom to have coffee and interacting with the many people I would daily. I’m remembering dreaming more because I am getting more REM sleep as I’m getting up later than I did pre-lockdown. My dreams, however, are not strange at all. I’ve had plenty of weird dreams in the past at emotional times in my life, but it’s all fairly normal despite the unusual circumstances at the moment. |

You are more than welcome to have The Cure. I used to do my hair like Robert Smith in my youth.
As for the others seeing as it is you I will don the shoulder pads for the power ballads as I serve the coffee. I might even bake you a cake and I haven't done that since the 80's.
It is the strangest thing missing our freedom isn't it. I go to the 24 hour Starbucks near me in the middle of the night sometimes and the not being able to just get in the car and do what you want is odd.
Hopefully it won't be long before you can brew a cup of coffee for your friend. |

Random non sexual ones, but had one crazy sexual one recently. It's probably just because things out of my control with lockdown my mind is wondering. I need to keep more busy so get knackered for sleep and just sleep sleep |

I've been having rather bizarre and surreal dreams, which I do enjoy funnily enough. Have also had bit of a theke running through them lately.
I can remember reading a book about lucid dreaming years ago, but can't remember the authors name. But was a really interesting read. |
