2 cans of Mushy peas
1 can of baked beans
1 level tbsp of sweetener
mushrooms, sliced or quartered
2 onions, diced
2-3 chickenbreast, cubed (leave out if on green plan. You could use Quorn pieces instead)
3-4 tsp Curry powder
100-150ml veg or chickenstock
sounds vile but tastes scrummy.. i freeze 2/3rds. Serve with rice
oh and its cook the chicken and i bung in the rest
