Never really thought of that. Last year I had a cyst that kept getting infected so I had about 8 courses in about six months before I had it removed. I was fine till about course seven! |

If the itching is really bad dip a tampon in live natural yoghurt and insert. If it's straight from the fridge it's extra soothing.
But make sure it's unsweetened...
And tea tree oil in the bath helps. As does baking soda and salt.

Best to take probiotic drinks and yoghurts AFTER the antibiotics course have been completed. Antibiotics kill lots of bacteria, including the one's in the yoghurts. |
