when I get this shattered, I just want to go to bed, but I know if I do, I'll be awake again about 2 in the morning.

i avoid geting warm and cosy and try to keep my mind active until i can go to bed but i have the same problem as you tonight im flagging now and ready for bed same as last night but will be up at 1 am if i go now |
