Boredom can lead to more as many tend to pick more as it is at hand..we re eating far less unless I ve worked then we ll eat as normal. If I don't work or feel hungry I eat enough to satisfy and my gf being petite and stuck indoors doesn't t eat a lot..unless I shove steak, chips, onion rings and mushrooms under her nose lol!!Do you discipline or go with the flow? How about alcohol..increase or decrease? |

When I get stressed, my appetite goes absolutely out the window, have to force feed myself at times. But as with having project of building new shed, been able to fuel myself pretty well. |

Ditto. It's my own fault for buying it instead of sticking to plan. Like you, once I'm back into a routine I will return to target. |
