On my front.
Both arms under the pillow. Must be 2 correctly sized pillows, so that my right arm goes underneath both and left arm between them.
One leg slightly cock.
Weird, I know.
And it’s totally ruined my like back, bjt it’s the only way I can sleep.

I tend to fall asleep on my side usually with my leg out and wrapped around the duvet. But god knows what I do in my sleep as over the years I have woken up with, scratches, bruises, bump to the head, a torn muscle, sprained ankle the list is endless. Think this is the main reason I don't do overnight meets   |

I normally sleep on my right hand side, kind of foetal position, but with left leg raised and sprawled out. But apparently, I'm terrible to sleep with - tossing, turning, the odd kick or slap...

I used to sleep like that as a baby, but with my knees tucked up and my bum in the air.
Then I changed to recovery position.
Then about 9 years ago I broke my arm and couldn't sleep in recovery position so I went to on my front with my arms by my side. I had a stiff neck and read that some people are better without pillows so I ditched it and have slept better since. |

I drop off on my right side in a sort of recovery position then switch to me left after a while, then try my front, or back, then back to the right side, then back to the left and so on, I’m like a spinning top and never lay still for very long  |
