What sort of shoes do you wear on a first meet? Killer heels, kitten heeled boots or trainers for a quick get away if ya need too?

Evening - killer heels, day time - maybe sandals if it's summer or boots with a heel in winter. Depends really. Balance of style and comfort

Laughed about trainers..

.. Heels of a medium size (3 inches or so) usually so perfect to walk for a while, dance and dont complain after an hour or end up walking like a stork.. comfortable and still sexy.

I’d advise steel toe caps for a quick kick in the nuts when required ... however I think there are a few on here who would pay bd or the honour x
