Massive waste of money in my opinion. It's a cardio/light weights regime made popular by videos of attractive, muscular people who didn't use it to get in shape themselves. If you're new to the gym it would be useful (but you could make the same routine yourself for free). If you're not new though, powerlifting is the best way of getting in shape, no matter what your goal |

lol - thanks for all the input both positive and negative - i find that to be able to work out at home - after work and before making dinner means that i actually do something - it's hard to fit everything in being a working mum and fabulous lover!!!! Z |

i got it off ebay last year, when i first put it on i did the warm up and i was fucked i thought id just finished day one then the workout started |

Im on day 6 and its frigging killing me,,,im not actually doing it all as im taking a lot of breaks so not sure if its gonna work or not,,,at the moment im guessing that im only doing about half of what they are doing on the dvd |

Don't expect to be doing everything that they are on the DVD, that's a common mistake that people make.
But as long as you are giving it maximum effort for as long as you can, that's all thats required.

I'm just finishing my 3rd week, like the guy above said..... Don't worry if you take breaks, what's important is that you keep form, so take a break catch your breath and get back into it. You're only on day 6! |

Question is not finishing it but what lifestyle changes are you going to do to maintain what you have gained? That's the hard part not slipping bk to how you were before! |
