With an android phone is there any way to put 1 icon on the main screen that will call someone?
I'm looking to place a very large icon that someone just has to press, without it then showing the contact's details and them needing to look where to press again to dial, on a contact's details screen. They have Alzheimers and get confused, so trying to make it as easy as possible. |

I've seen it listed on the net and your idea seems perfect. Unfortunately the person's phone doesn't give the option of direct dial, once the Widgets and then Contacts are selected. Atm, it's giving add Speed Dial or Send Message options only  |
