A trick we used in the building trade was to put your wrists in the water butt to cool you down.

Its disgusting- the heating is on at work as usual and I'm running around sweating and not in a good way!

like wise , I work / worked as a chef , so this heat is actually a little cooler than I'm used to , but not moving about doesn't help lol  "
Being in kitchens in the summer is torturous!
I feel so sorry for the chefs at work.
