Miss living in Mozambique. Fresh green coconuts to drink in all the markets.... Sun Ripened Guava, Passion Fruits, Custard Apples and Miniature Pineapples all made wonderful juices.....

it curdles the milk. it can be overcome in ice cream manufacture but it's tricky. usually made into sorbet
