As the title says really. What would people think about doi g regular exercise whilst in lockdown. Don't know about you but ive been snacking a bit more than i should have... Maybe we could set up some sort of group. Any other ideas?

I have been super careful about what I eat and trying to get into a routine of yoga abd jogging alternate days.
Need to shift enough chunk as it is, cannot be putting any more on |

I ditched an idiot few months back..
Enough weight shifted;-)
On a serious note I downloaded some apps. Sticking to it and being regular is another matter.

Yeah it is... Literally everytime it is like a mantra reminding myself i'm not hungry lol.

I dont run only sprint intervals
Iv been cycling
Press ups , gym rings , gardening , lunges , overhead slab lifts , big rock lifts, lawn roller pulls, lawn rolling, tree climbing , yoga
And FUCKING PLANKING !!!!! |
