I love tuna and veg so that's a thought as I usually have tuna and salad "
Fry the onion, garlic & ginger in a little olive oil, add the veg and tuna and maybe any additional spice of your choosing, chinese five spice is a good one. Chuck it on a bed of basmati rice and you're sorted.
Shove the leftovers in the fridge and it tastes even better warmed up the following day. |

"The BIG question is
Chips and gravy
Or
Chips and curry sauce
?"
You're clearly a northerner. No self respecting southerner would eat chips with anything other than mayo or ketchup. |

"Bacon and egg
I put red sauce on smoked bacon, but brown on unsmoked, am I weird?
Have you reached that decision based on taste benefits or is it just a habit ?
"
Taste really I suppose, but the only other thing that I use ketchup for is when I have a fish finger sarnie |

"Beans
Toast
Beans on toast are great but try putting a slice of ham under the beans and grating some cheese on top of them. Trust me , it's great."
I do the ham under a poached egg on toast and that's gorgeous.
Not done it with beans although I did stir in grated cheese only this week to try it |
