I see so many people complain that they are hating isolation, are bored etc etc. Rgis is not a post playing fown the swverity of Covid19 and I understand some may feel lonely.
However I (Mr) am actually enjoying working from home everyday, no travel time, no traffic. Can cook what we want for lunch, no toilets shared with strangers, plenty of food in the kitchen, can work while watching Netflix. If work gets a bit quite many people will sti get 80% pay and can take care of those jobs aroubd the house.
I appreciate that myself and Mrs can isolate together and have all the sex we want and need, this is not the case for everyone.
But surely i am not the only person appreciating this bit of silver lining in the covid cloud? Am i? |

"Nope. I’m loving my husband being at home. I just wish we could go out more often, but obviously that goes against lockdown obviously. "
We have been taking the dog out once per day. Usually we drive to more secluded areas, we went a walk in the woods beside a local golf course and took the opportunity for some fun. We are also fortunate to have a sizeable garden of we want to stretch our legs or get fresh air. |

It’s not been that bad, all in all.
Normal weekday mornings are usually really busy for me, so not having the usual chaos has been pretty blissful.
I’ve not missed being in slow traffic on the motorway, either. |

Yes we're enjoying it too. It's quiet, there's no pressure to go out. Don't judge me for this but I do a lot of caring for my elderly parents, they have asked me not to go as frequently because of the risk to them. Now I worry about them, am in daily contact and make sure they get food delivered but I feel an immense pressure has been lifted temporarily because I don't have to go as often |

Week 3 at home, though on 48 hours notice to move for national tasking. Shopped when needed to, been out once a day for phys and generally been treating this like I’m on deployment but with much more room, less people to share with and decent internet and I get to choose what to watch/ games to play. |

I’m loving being home in the days with my daughter. If she was struggling academically I’d be worried but she does the work of the year above and her scores are always online with the year above so I’m not arsed.
I’ve taught her important things like how to make the perfect strong cup of tea for Mammy, taught her the correct order to clean and tidy, the importance of working high to low. Taught her the correct way to hoover so you don’t get lines on the carpet. Cooking and baking and all kinds of crap. |

Almost at the end of week 2, I’ve been furloughed from work, yes on the 80% pay.
Managed to get some jobs round the house sorted, an enjoyed spending time with the beautiful other half, I’m normally away Mon-Fri, living in a box, it’s just not a cardboard box.
Think the hardest thing is keeping the 2 little people in the house entertained.
Can’t wait til we’re allowed out to play though, gorgeous weather an my bikes sat there wanting to get out in the sunshine too!!! |

This is the most time off I've had in ages! Been great to actually enjoy a bit of downtime.
But then I find most people awful anyway so isolation suites me down to the ground! Lol |
