No you shouldn't report her. She's doing the responsible thing by informing potential meets. Unfortunately once you catch herpes you can never get rid of it. It can however be managed and if well managed, it's very unlikely to be passed on. However, it's still responsible to inform sexual partners so they are aware of the risk. Before you judge them it's worth remembering that you could potentially have met someone who did not disclose that they have tested positive for HSV (herpes) or someone who does not know they have it as not everyone shows symptoms. Some people are just carriers.
