Just made sausage rolls from scratch. Banana bread next. I haven't bought or made these things for years. Lockdown has me cooking up a storm Will try and gift them to people... Maybe

I literally spend my whole day eating!
I'm surprised I haven't got frost bite with the amount of time I spend in the fridge!

I'm having binge days and starve days.
I had plans to cook from scratch, I was gonna be the next Britain's bake off winner.
Yeah, that's all forgotten about now.

I love to cook & have enjoyed having the time to do everything from scratch. I usually buy hummus & chutneys etc
I'm trying to run off what I'm consuming.
Salted roasted corn is my go to snack now with gin ....
Jesus I'm becoming so dull !!

Oh god I love a good chutney, I made home made sausage rolls with chutney in, they were so good. I'm going to try my hand at making the chutney myself as well. So I'm double dull |

" I’ve turned into a biscuit monster. I’ve had to stop buying them cause I can easily inhale a pack in one go "
Biscuits I'm trying to avoid for sane reason. I can inhale a packet of Jaffa cakes in minutes.
Also it's undignified having to wrestle with my 10 year old for the last Custard Cream |

I've made a cherry and white chocolate vanilla sponge and it is going to be epic.
I have a lot more time on my hands and cooking/baking relaxes me. I need to start making fermented stuff and also good salads because soon I'll be a Marshmallow Meli. |

me too!
But mine is from my sofa to my fridge.
I'm going to work over Easter - I'm actually relieved.
I cooked everything in the house today which turned into a roast dinner for at least 10 people minus the meat.
I'm going to be eating cauliflower cheese for the rest of my life |

With young kids who keep asking for snacks every minute of the day it’s impossible not to give in to the munchies. I do try keep it balanced between healthy snacks an ‘junk’ but don’t think i will be so successful after we have opened the kids Easter treats |

"Hot Jamaica ginger cake with custard. The cake goes crunchy in the oven after 5 or 6 minutes & tastes amazing with custard."
Oh we ate the emergency Jamaican Ginger cake last week but this sounds great, will remember for next time |
