I’m well thanks Nora and thankfully so are all my family and friends at the moment too.
I’ve been quite busy, rearranging work, dealing with a couple of deliveries for home and garden maintenance and a two week shop at Tesco which took nearly an hour to put away 
My workout tonight is shifting a palette load of horse shit and a pallet load of compost to various strategic positions on the garden. Then putting the garden furniture and about 20 big planters back onto the patio that I repaired all the mortar and jointing on yesterday.

I’m great thanks. It’s my second day in isolation and I’ve already lost 2.2kg since Friday now that I’m not living on Chinese takeout and beer. It’s soooo good to be at home and I’m getting loads done around the house and garden so I’ve got a good positive feeling running through me. Good on you for resisting the spotted dick, just think of it in terms of a euphemism and I’m sure it’ll put you off further |

Good but very worried as my closest friend has been admitted to hospital..she s now in corvid red ward..but she s a fighter..had to be she's been laid up withe fybromyalgia for years but she s always got a smile even when laid up..otherwise am good in sense that I ve cracked on hard with work in the sunshine. |
