Wow that is very old site
It was big about 10/15 years ago.
You connected your webcam and then pressed spin or next (I forget) and you connected with a random webcam and the idea was to chat and make friends with someone randomly
But most of the time you constantly pressed next because a lot were naked men 
I used to play it with friends and it was god when you found another cam which were doing the same and you could have a laugh… |

Haha no but there was another called Chatroulette which was the same and the idea spinning a roulette wheel and landing on a random cam with someone |
